Brad Nosan Has Reentered the CRE Chat

Brokers know the market. Others have actually lived it. This is exactly what makes our new broker’s arrival, Brad Nosan, so exciting! We’re thrilled to officially welcome Brad Nosan to the CRESCO team as Vice President. And if you’ve spent any time around the Northeast Ohio real estate community, there’s a good chance that his name already rings a bell!

Brad isn’t just stepping back into brokerage, he’s coming in with a perspective that’s been built from years of owning, developing, and operating real estate.

Before joining CRESCO, Brad was hands-on in the ownership side of the business, developing and acquiring more than $150 million worth of commercial and multifamily projects through his family’s company, Property Advisors Group. He’s been in the big decision-making rooms navigating risk, shaping strategy, and thinking long-term about what actually drives value. That experience fuels his approach to brokerage.

Brad specializes in owner advisory, meaning he’s not just thinking about getting deals done, but focuses on why they should be done, when they make sense, and how they impact the bigger picture. From leasing strategy or redevelopment opportunities, he approaches every project like an owner would, because he is one.

“Joining CRESCO allows me to reengage with the active brokerage market while continuing to bring an owner’s perspective to every assignment,” said Nosan. “My goal is to be a resource for clients navigating complex decisions, whether that involves leasing, development planning, or long-term portfolio strategy.”

Beyond the deals and numbers, Brad is just as invested in his community. He currently serves as President of the Cleveland’s Slovenian National Home and founder of the Cleveland Bocce Club. A new dad, he’s also entering this chapter with a fresh perspective and a strong focus on relationships that carry into his work every day.
