Isabel joined CRESCO in October 2022, bringing with her more than a decade of commercial real estate expertise. With a career rooted in office agency leasing and portfolio management, Isabel has been a driving force behind some of Northeast Ohio’s most renowned transactions.

Previously overseeing Downtown Cleveland’s largest office and retail portfolio, Isabel totaled over 4.5 million square feet, giving her a rare, hands-on perspective of the region’s office market. Focusing on strategizing efforts, Isabel navigates Landlord and Tenant interests to deliver results in a shifting market.

With a strong foundation in marketing, Isabel brings a fresh and personalized perspective to everything, especially when it comes to repositioning assets and entering new markets. She understands that those days of “winging it” are LONG GONE. Today, success starts with a sharp marketing plan and a thoughtful strategy that speaks to the right audience. Her project management background ensures the execution matches the vision: on time, on budget, and on brand.
