Dean leads CRESCO’s quarterly Marketbeat reports, a full breakdown of the commercial real estate market across Northeast Ohio. And no, it’s not just a matter of pulling reports. He’s tracking every CRESCO lease and sales comp, researching submarket construction activity, and cross-referencing data sources to make sure the numbers are accurate and consistent throughout previous quarters. One thing that sets CRESCO’s reports apart is one of our principals here, George J. Pofok, CCIM, SIOR, tracks and reports back construction activity directly in the field, which means our numbers often tell a different story than others.
