Professional Experience:
Cat Thomas is Chief of Staff at CRESCO Real Estate, working exclusively with Rico Pietro and his team. In this role, she keeps everything running smoothly by managing operations, coordinating projects, and making sure everyone has what they need to stay focused on clients and business growth.
Cat first joined CRESCO in 2021 and quickly moved through several leadership roles, including Operations Director, where she led the operations staff supporting more than 40 brokers across the firm. After a short time away, she returned in a dedicated Chief of Staff position to bring her experience in leadership, operations, marketing, HR, and project management directly to Rico’s team.
She’s known for building strong systems, simplifying complicated processes, and creating an environment where her team can succeed.
