Conor joined Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in 2022, bringing with him nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience. Conor is well versed in multiple sectors of commercial real estate including office leasing, property sales, and retail leasing –  particularly in the CBD and in city neighborhoods.

At his previous brokerage, Coakley continuously ranked among the top producers in NE Ohio, and in 2021 ranked #1 in the region overall, and #7 in the entire Midwest for Office brokers. Conor has been recognized by many institutions for his work, including NAIOP, Crain’s Cleveland, Cleveland Business Journal, & Cleveland Leadership Center.
