
Professional Experience:
Jim brings twelve (12) years of experience in commercial real estate and property management to the firm. Specializing in both urban and suburban office markets, Jim uses his tenant relation skills and diverse market knowledge to provide excellent advisory services to his clients.
Upon graduation from The Nova Southeastern University Wayne Huizenga School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and Marketing in 2004, Jim returned to Cleveland to head the purchasing and sales division of a steel manufacturing facility in the Akron, Ohio area.
Jim began his commercial real estate career with the Geis Companies, a full-service commercial developer and real estate company based in Streetsboro, Ohio, where his responsibilities included leasing and property management of several million square feet of office and office flex space.
At Geis, Jim was involved in dozens of lease transactions and aided in tenant procurement and property management ranging from 500 SF to 500,000 SF.
Jim has a long record of successfully guiding local, national and multi-national clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset repositions and dispositions. Jim specializes in applying his expertise and market knowledge to broker office, industrial and retail properties that consistently exceed the goals of his clients.
