A graduate of Cleveland State University and former Division I student-athlete, Max earned his degree in finance while competing on the varsity soccer team. His academic training in finance provides a disciplined analytical approach, which complements his real-world operational expertise.

With a multi-generational family background in multifamily ownership and development, Max brings a unique blend of operational expertise and personal insight into the apartment investment market, combining this financial foundation, asset management expertise, and lifelong exposure to multifamily real estate.
