Tim Hotchkiss recently joined Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO as a Marketing Specialist, where he assists brokers across multiple channels in marketing CRESCO’s properties. He brings a unique blend of experience from both the commercial real estate and recycling industries.
Before joining CRESCO as a Marketing Specialist, Tim spent 12 years working at CBRE and 6 years at Republic Services, both in Phoenix, Arizona.
He is excited to contribute fresh perspectives and support the firm’s continued growth and innovation.
