Zaire specializes in the Office and Industrial sectors, having completed over $5 million in transaction volume and more than 80,000 square feet in leases and purchases since entering the commercial real estate industry in 2023. His portfolio includes notable projects such as working with Cleveland Hearing & Speech at Midtown’s Link59, collaborating with The George Gund Foundation, and leading 365 Holdings’ acquisition of the former Mad Dog Brew Co. facility in Kent, his largest transaction to date.
Before joining CRESCO, Zaire spent two years on the Tenant Representation team at Allegro, where he also handled corporate portfolio consulting and broker opinion valuations. Prior to that, he served for three years at the Cleveland Municipal Court’s Pretrial Department, managing a heavy caseload and handling criminal background reviews for arraignments.
